• Issue Reference: osdu/platform/ci-cd-pipelines#40
• Added jacoco-maven-plugin dependency to fix the partition-core jacoco report generation
• Added 'jacoco-maven-plugin' configuration exclusion list [model packages & Configuration] related classes
• Added missing test case scenarios/branches for many units
• Created new Test class for HealthCheckController,InfoController
• Added core_code_coverage job in pipeline
• Generated Code Coverage Report

• Pipeline all jobs are passed except ibm-test. Since MR changes only has test code for 'Core' Module, these failures are unrelated.
