Updating OSDU dependencies, to maintain use of the latest release among those that were previously doing so

The SNAPSHOT versions are not preserved in the package registry, and we can't be sure about what the build will be if we use
these. By using release versions, the build is more predictable and reliable

Moved credentials classes into core-lib-gcp.

Added debug logs.

Moved credentials classes into core-lib-gcp.

Fixed a bug related to getting of bucket name (Bucket name should be unique across GCP. We had to add ProjectID to the naming to fix the issue with provisioning of a new bucket)
