CI (Community Implementation) Butler

A collection of GitLab scripts.

These are mostly one-off scripts, designed to solve a particular problem I'm having at the moment. I try to generalize them slightly. If nothing else, they serve as a template for how to do scripting.

Provide some common utilities, classes without any cloud provider dependency. It contains some interfaces which meant to be implemented.
