Record Id validation

As a developer I would like to have isOsduRecordIdValid function in core common that can be used in other services.

This method shouldn't used in Storage service

  • Input from Request : Storage Service validates the first part of the record id with data-partition-id from the HTTP header + should match with group-type-indiviualType + Pattern check.

    Example :

opendes:work-product-component--WellLog:xyx
