Upgrading core-lib-azure version

What is the current behavior?

Not using the latest version of dependency core-lib-azure (current version: 0.0.11)

What is the new behavior?

• Using the latest version of core-lib-azure (0.0.29).
• TenantFactoryImpl class from core-lib-azure is being used and local implementation is deleted.
