Enhancement of the cert-checker job

  • Current job was not updating at first time due ephemeral value KV_CERT_NAME, now the value it is static and it is not updated in the script code.
  • More descriptive output on the actions
  • Splitted functions to retrieve gateway secrets and update secrets.
  • Setup resource requests and limits for job
