[System/Storage] long sleeps for integration tests should be avoided
There were two 80 second sleeps added to two core integration tests for storage that need to be reviewed and hopefully removed. These seem arbitrary and significantly delay testing. In the absence of events, polling the source until the record is available with a reasonable sleep of 1-5 seconds between request should be sufficient.
