Replaced derby dependency that had a critical vulnerability with hsqldb dependency

Takes on issue #179 (closed), to remove the derby dependency and replace it with the hsqldb dependency.

Side note: Unit test TestLBToEBCompoundTRF in CRSConverterTests is failing, will need to be updated
