Replaced derby dependency that had a critical vulnerability with hsqldb dependency

Alejandro Ventura requested to merge trusted-remove-derby-dependency into master

Takes on issue #179, to remove the derby dependency and replace it with the hsqldb dependency.

Side note: Unit test TestLBToEBCompoundTRF in CRSConverterTests is failing, will need to be updated
