Minor comments; i will address after merging this:

1. Azure is still 5.7.11 (Azure repackage and redisrtibute Spring libraries for in their library). is ok as is or i can push that to 5.8.8 as well
2. delete the <version>5.8.2</version> from aws/pom.xml spring-security-core
