Update pom.xml for removing oauth security from app

Anuj Gupta requested to merge ibm-remove-spring-security-oauth-dep into master

@gokul_nagare @shrikgar @bhushanrade . This may not be required any more considering we move oauth logic to sidecar. This may also resolve https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2019-17195 in few of the services.
