Change indexer service retry from 5 to 3 times. Current retry count can lead to increased latency on indexer worker request.

RetryPolicyConfig is annotated with @ConstructorBinding but it is defined as a regular bean which caused dependency injection to fail.

Action:

Update your configuration so that RetryPolicyConfig is defined via @ConfigurationPropertiesScan or @EnableConfigurationProperties.

Hi Lauren, the class RetryPolicyCofig does not have annotation @ConstructorBinding It only has these four annotations: @Data @Component @Builder @ConfigurationProperties(prefix = "azure.storage.client.retry")
