This MR brings changes to POMs (root, azure, gcp) to improve (unhardcode) the way how repositories are being pointed. It now uses set of properties defined in the .mvn/community-maven.settings.xml

Well, it was not easy to force trusted-pipeline to complete. Azure or AWS tests fail intermittently. I restarted failed jobs multiple times to catch they in green status.
Finally I have this one (treasure) completed pipeline and I share it here as a proof: https://community.opengroup.org/osdu/platform/system/indexer-service/-/pipelines/15609
With this, we are unblocked to merge our MR.
