Incorporate AWS Integration Tests

This adds the trusted-aws branch, which is where the integration tests have been developed for Indexer.

I had only a minor hand in this -- mostly related to the pipeline configuration near the end. Note the usage pattern of the separate runner; this runner is protected and locked to a few projects, and runs within the AWS VPC to have access to the elastic search services.
