Fixing the broken build

The build was broken after this commit 78d71811 which pulls in latest core-lib-azure version. In the latest version, we've update the interface IBlobServiceClientFactory by adding a new method and there's a class implementing this interface, i.e., MultiPartitionBlobServiceClientFactory which is throwing build errors as it does not implement the newly added method.
