Fix for property -usingFirstPartyCredentials
It seems GitLab has env specific issue which is causing azure-deploy stage failure in pipeline. We have deployed this secret service image with the changes of this PR in our ADME instance (instance name: pseds138) and have tested end-to-end with all service ITs green.
This PR is good from adme testing point of view.
