segy-to-zgy dag requires spatial-ref svc

While working on the sgy to zgy conversion image referenced by DAG , we can see it dependent on 3 services.

  1. storage service
  2. seismic store services
  3. spatial-ref services . Based on discussion, seems its not same as either crs-catalogue or crs-conversion.

Please help with correct OSDU codebase/mapping for the spatial-ref service or is there anyway or change coming in sgy-to-zgy conversion which will make the service optional?
