Removed redundant variables and annotations
Renamed test classes, so they could run from maven goals
Added maven support to run junit-jupiter tests
Added GCP implementation for integration tests. Used os-storage as a source for code
Added some test data needed for submitWithManifest workflow
Added core logic for integration tests
Created pom structure for integration tests
Renamed test module from ingest-test-core to ingest-test-utils as it overlaps with integration tests structure conventions and is used for unit tests
