Added 48_CICD_RAFSDDMS_API Collection

Siarhei Khaletski (EPAM) requested to merge rafsddms_postman_collection into main

RAFS DDMS testing collection [DEV] with environment variables for Azure (only).

It is highly recommended to use it against the latest code version from the RAFS DDMS repository https://community.opengroup.org/osdu/platform/domain-data-mgmt-services/rock-and-fluid-sample/rafs-ddms-services/-/tree/main.
