[Azure M11] Updated DDMS test collection

Dmitriy Rudko requested to merge azure/rudkodm/ddms-smoke-tests into main
  1. Moved Seismic tests from R3-M11/Azure-M11/Services/Smoke-Tests/Azure_OSDU_Smoke_Tests.postman_collection.json into DDMS specific tests
  2. Created DDMS specific smoke tests under R3-M11/Azure-M11/Services/DDMS/
  3. Provided description on how to run them

Starting from M12:

  1. Master copy of DDMS smoke tests will be moved under infra-azure-provisioning
  2. All individual Postman collections under /DDMS folder will be deprecated and removed
