(Do not merge) Acceptance Testing for the One CI/CD Pipeline (Updating the test-core module in place)

Description:

ADR: osdu/platform/ci-cd-pipelines#49

• Move those launchers back to the core, making the core module self-sufficient.
• Made core test classes final forbidding overrides.
• Decouple provider modules from a core-test module. (By temporarily changing the core module version)
• Added a common, standards-based configuration for token issuing. (OIDC and direct token injection)
• Test discrepancies are resolved. RecordWithEntV2OnlyAclTest and GetQueryInfoIntegrationTest moved from the CSP module to the core module.
• Added the ability to launch tests as a standalone JAR file via Maven assembly plugin usage and migration to Junit5.
• Added Allure reporting plugin.
• Added a Readme file with the description of required variables to run tests.
• Tests for deprecated API were removed (Storage schema API).

How to test:

Via pipeline.

Changes include:

• Refactor (a non-breaking change that improves code maintainability).
• Bugfix (a non-breaking change that solves an issue).
• New feature (a non-breaking change that adds functionality).
• Breaking change (a change that is not backward-compatible and/or changes current functionality).
