Added jobs to deploy changes to 47Lining aws account.

The pipeline might fail, because code on master branch is already ahead of m22, which was used to conduct tests, and already some infrastructure changes are introduced that are not backwards compatible.

After merging this there needs to be an update to repository variables so that they point to current PW&S development deployment.
