Draft: Indicative for new topics support

This is an MR for indicative changes needed to onboard Workflow Status Topic. Please feel free to contribute to this MR and Publish it, to get the Workflow EventGrid Topic functional from Register Service.

Please know that this is a hotfix. A new design has to come in place for graceful handling of new Topics.
