For CSP AWS and IBM, In request, when invalid data partition is provided in the header the status being returned is successful (200 - OK) instead of expected return code of 401(Unauthorized) or 403(Frobidden)
For end points /convertTrajectory, /convert and /convertGeoJson https://community.opengroup.org/osdu/platform/testing/-/blob/master/Postman%20Collection/18_CICD_Setup_CRSConversionAPI/CRS%20Conversion%20API%20CI-CD%20v1.0.postman_collection.json 3 requests (# 03, 12 & 19) All the tests that are failing - invalid "data-partition-id" is being given in the header and it is expecting to receive a return code of 401 or 403 with the message Unauthorized or Forbidden. Instead, it is getting a return code of 200 with the message OK. It seems to ignore the data-partition-id? This is happening in AWS and IBM environments. For the same requests (03,12 & 19) GCP 401 - Unauthorized Azure 403 - Forbidden IBM 200 OK (like AWS)
