• Added multichannel\mutitthreaded consumer to RabbitMQ driver.
• Added integration test cases with moderate load.
• Impl unsubscribe in PubSub driver to avoid auto recoveries when the subscription is deleted.
• Update int test readme.md

How to test:

Via int tests and load tests with JMeter.
