Added s3 query parameters for signed url requests
Description:
S3 API allows to use of additional query parameters for signedURL requests, such params may allow specifying response content-disposition
header.
But they were not used in OBM, now it's possible to use them.
How to test:
Via File service, when requesting retrieval instructions, and if the file name is present in the record then it can be used in the content-disposition
header.
