Make WDMS pipelines more stable

The Wellbore DMS pipelines are not stable (very often broken), preventing the completion of MRs. It is slowing down developments. Need to help to make it more robust and increase the scope of integration test, few actions are in progress and need help from CSPs to be completed.

1 - Setting allow_fail=false. Few MR to be reviewed/updated by CSPs:

  • AWS -> !186 (merged)
  • GCP -> !184 (merged)
  • IBM -> !185 (merged)

2- Running more integration tests (not only the tests tagged as basic):

  • AWS -> !188 (closed)
  • Azure -> !189 (merged)
  • GCP -> !187 (merged)
