SEGYImport: Add segy-survey-coordinate-system and survey-coordinate-system
Adds the possiblity to override the survey coordinate system unit read from the SEG-Y file and what unit is used for the survey coordinate system stored in the VDS
Starting on April 8th, The Open Group will require Two Factor Authentication for all GitLab users. For instructions on setting up 2FA, see the Knowledge Article or GitLab Documentation.
