Feature/morten.ofstad/segy sample units option

Morten Ofstad requested to merge feature/morten.ofstad/SEGYSampleUnitsOption into master
  • Added definitions of known units and some other things to KnownMetadata.
  • Make the const char* version of SetMetadataString public since this is normal to use with strings from KnownMetadata.
  • Added --sampleUnit and --crsWkt options to SEGYImport.
  • Added metadata for the SurveyCoordinateSystem unit.
