Issue #11 (closed): Allows the RDDMS manifest generation to use an OSDU existing record and enrich it by just adding the DDMSDatsets content to a new version of the record. The only RESQML requirement is to provide the exiting ID as part of an "osdu" alias when the object is ingested into the rddms.
