Use object alias to overwrite srn id when generating manifest.

Currently the manifest generation is using the resqml uuid to construct the osdu srn, other groups requested to be able to use an already defined osdu id. The alias mechanism in Energistics data model would allow to indicate that an alias name provided under the osdu authority would overwrite the id.
