Update to use pipeline variables for credentials
Updated the pipeline to no longer use hard-coded values for AWS credentials and the account ID. Also added a bare-bones starter stage for end to end tests. This stage will be built out in the future.
Community will be down this weekend for data migration in preparation for GitLab 17.0. Work will start at 10pm UTC (5pm CDT, 3:30am IST) and is expected to run through Sunday.
