Rafs-ddms issue-33 - redis internal svc

Which in short extends search capabilities for Rock and Fluid Sample ddms.

We need the RedisSearch and RedisJSON modules enabled in the redis, according to MSFT docs this is only available in Enterprise Redis, therefore, enabling this in infra-azure-provisioning at this stage would be inconvenient and will raise the expenses significantly on user's subscriptions.

The workaround presented setup redis-stack along with service improvements for osdu-ddms to be able to set custom service names and service ports.
