upgrade appinsights version

  • Upgrade app-insights version for alpine-zulu8 image.

  • Current Application insights jar(3.4.11) consists of netty vulnerable versions

  • This MR upgrades Application insights jar to 3.4.18 version.

  • No deprecation methods are observed in target version

  • Related to alpine-zulu17!4 (merged) , alpine-zulu8!16 (merged)
