update app insights version

• Current Application insights jar(3.4.11) consists of netty vulnerable versions
• This MR upgrades Application insights jar to 3.4.18 version.
• No deprecation methods are observed in target version
• Changes are tested with https://community.opengroup.org/osdu/platform/security-and-compliance/secret/-/jobs/2439312
