Naga Aneesh Mylavarapu requested to merge ITFixEDSDMS into azure/m18-master

This PR has the following changes

  1. Adding client id secret to list of secrets to be deleted.
  2. Changing validation of datasetRetrieval item, for getRetrievalProperties to contain createdBy and signedUrl.
  3. Added correlation id in the logs and requests being sent for better debugging Now requests have correlation id logged, sample request: image
