Issue created May 15, 2021 by Debasis Chatterjee@debasiscOwner

CSV Parser error message unclear - when trying frame of reference meta (for CRS)

I wanted to use non-standard CRS (ex: NAD27) in meta (frame of reference) portion.

Airflow log shows me some failure (reason unclear). Request to make this more verbose for Data Loader to be able to troubleshoot.

See supporting information (enclosed).
