Pipelines to support dev secondary environment.

Description

  • Adapt the current pipelines for execution within the secondary dev environment, specifically targeting release branch commits and tagged commits.
  • The pipelines have been set up to operate within the GLAB environment for all other types of commits.
  • Introduced gitlab environments feature for pipeline execution to both GLAB and dev secondary environments.
  • Credentials for dev secondary environment have been scoped to AZURE_STAGE in Platform variables level
