Updating GitLab Ultimate Scanners for GitLab 15.2
GitLab 15.2 renamed the job template to 'cyclonedx-reports' (instead of 'cyclone-dx-reports').
This change causes YAML errors on anything previously using the scanners/gitlab-ultimate.yml file from the repository.
The fix is simple -- rename the dependency.
