Editing and Creating Wiki pages
Using the built-in GitLab editor
The simplest way to edit the wiki is the built-in editor on the website. Simply navigate to the Wiki page you want to change, and click the Edit button toward the upper right.
There is a simple WYSIWYG editor toolbar with the most useful formatting tools.
Once you are done with your changes, you can optionally (though recommended) provide a reason for the changes in the Commit Message field , then click the Save changes button.
Offline tools
For more complex Wikis, it may be easier to edit your content offline and upload it using a Git client. This is covered in more depth on our Markdown tools page.
Creating a page
You can create a new Wiki page by clicking the New page button at the top of the Wiki. You will then be taken to a new blank page where you can enter a page name and new content using the editing process described above.
This page has instructions on how to create links on wiki pages.
