Modelling organisation capabilities against contractual requirements
I need to model the following scenario but not sure how best to tackle it so wonder if the community can help please. Our organisation provides a number of back office activities on behalf of a customer organisation. The services are defined within a contract between the two organisations. I need to be able to model how our organisation is meeting the terms of the contract. We've considered modelling what we do as capabilities and sub-capabilities in the strategy layer e.g. HR and then Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
