Modelling organisation capabilities against contractual requirements

I need to model the following scenario but not sure how best to tackle it so wonder if the community can help please. Our organisation provides a number of back office activities on behalf of a customer organisation. The services are defined within a contract between the two organisations. I need to be able to model how our organisation is meeting the terms of the contract. We've considered modelling what we do as capabilities and sub-capabilities in the strategy layer e.g. HR and then Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. We then considered modelling the contract as a Contract - which composed Business Objects representing the relevant sections of the contract. However, that doesn't really work as the Capabilities can't realise the business Objects. So I'm wondering if the sections of the contract are actually Requirements which can be realised by Capabilities? But then as Requirements sit in the motivation layer should they not be used for enterprise level requirements rather than these contract specific ones. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated!

I would indeed model this as requirements rather than as business objects. These business objects would merely represent the 'contractual statements', but the Requirement concept is meant for modeling whatever the realizing object really needs to 'deliver'. If you want to relate that to specific parts of a contract, I would simply use association relationships between these requirements and the contract (or 'subcontracts' of it, decomposing it into elements of the same kind).
