  • Background context -
    • This is an automation solution designed to eliminate repetitive, manual tasks that are unproductive. It’s not just our challenge—others in the OSDU face it too. Break the donation into two phases.
    • Phase 1 - contribute the code to the OSDU Community Utilities repository. This version serves as a reference implementation—meant to showcase the approach and provide a base for others to explore or replicate
    • Phase 2 - plan to establish a repository complete with a CI/CD pipeline inside GitLab. This enable the forum to continuously publish and maintain the NuGet package within OSDU environment, making it direct consumable for others with .NET C# solution
  • Phase 1 - done reviewed with the internal architect from ExxonMobil (Ekay) and followed the internal process (code scanning, repository management scanner, licensing). Reviewed and passed the FOSSA checking as well.
  • Reached out to Chad, Pierrick, and Steve regarding this code donation.
