CORS policy and redirect URL needed for IBM

Work with IBM team to use CORS policy and redirect URL in place for the Admin UI.

When trying to Invoke API for legal tags, storage, schema, etc. using Angular we are getting Allow Cross Origin Error. Need to add localhost and domain name in Allow Cross Origin Header so that we'll be able to Invoke the APIS from Angular 9 without any proxy.
