Adaptation Register Service to CI GC (GONRG-10278)

Description:

• Register-GC is now using the Community Implementation module as a base, reducing 95% of its code base.
• Register-GC is now using GC drivers as plugins attached in the Docker image.
• Minor GC-specific features were retained, such as log formatting, as Register-GC retained its module.

How to test:

Integration tests.

Changes include:

• Refactor (a non-breaking change that improves code maintainability).
• Bugfix (a non-breaking change that solves an issue).
• New feature (a non-breaking change that adds functionality).
• Breaking change (a change that is not backward-compatible and/or changes current functionality).

Changes in:

• GC
• Common Code

Dev Checklist:
