Fix validation regex for localid

  • Filled docs for ddms's
  • Changed regex validation for recordid to include : symbols.
  • Fixed int/unit tests to include tenant id on wellbore get single record id and record id composition.
  • Added additional log output for debugging purposes when using the SingleUrl entity retrieve
