Onboarded Unit to CI/CD pipeline/made changes necessary for python tests to run in the pipeline.

Had to rebase my branch as some changes were added to master recently. If you look in the changes tab, the changes that went into master show up as changes that my branch are making and I dont know why. The differences between my branch before the rebase and master can be found at https://community.opengroup.org/osdu/platform/system/reference/unit-service/-/compare/fileshare...master. Please look to make sure I'm doing this correctly as I've never rebased before and dont want to squash the changes that were put into master
