Unit tests have been upgraded to J Unit 5!
mvn clean install will run the unit tests

THINGS TO NOTE:

Unit tests TestIdenticalAndSynonym_312051 and TestEBToEBTransformationNoSkip aren't working anymore. This could be related to the recent fix for the WGS84 Operations but they have been disabled for now.
