Resolve "convertTrajectory API returns NaN value for the input request."

VignaRamaNaga ManikantaSwamy Akula requested to merge 76-converttrajectory-api-returns-nan-value into master

convertTrajectory API , which internally calls the convert API and the error is thrown from the convert API , and as this is not handled , so the WGS coordinates for x and y are set “NaN” in the convertTrajectory Response. After the couple of discussions the understanding is is it is expected behaviour. So agreed to update the swagger page with the appropriate message
