Added jobs to deploy changes to 47Lining aws account.

The pipeline will most likely succeed but the deploy will fail on the cluster putting the indexer-queue pod in CrashLoopBackOff, since the code used for indexer-queue service in it is too new and requiring newer infrastructure and it is incompatible with the dev deployment I'm working on.

When the service version and the env infra are compatible then it should work.

After merging this there needs to be an update to repository variables so that they point to current PW&S development deployment.
