Upgrade SHA1 to SHA256

Shane Hutchins requested to merge trusted-sha256_update into master

While this is not a direct security or vulnerabilty concern, we are upgrading SHA-1 to SHA-256 to address any potential security concerns if there are upstream/downstream uses of this SHA.
